 Making of beef bone soup is more difficult as you think.                                                                                   The recipe of beef bone soup is a delicate work and it would try the patience of job.

1 step : Soak prepared ingredients in cold water for 4~6 hours to reduce blood.

2 step : Bring to a rapid boil, simmer for 5 minutes and throw away an infusion which may be prepared                               from the bone and meat.

3step : Rinse bone well with cool and fill the saucepan with cold water.                                                                                Next, bring to a boil and bring to a boil over medium heat for 8 hours or until the meats are just tender.
