Korean Food, Kimchi using Watermelon

[A Basic Ingredient]   

1 lb rind of a watermelon(Leaving the green shells and used inside of watermelon’s rind) , 1/2 Carrot, 1/2 Onion, 1~2 Green onion (Cut the vegetables into thin strips) , 1/3cup Dried red pepper powder , 1T Crushed garlic, 1t Roasted sesame, 2T Sauced anchovy, 1/2T Sugar, 1t Salt

[ C O O K I N G ]

1) First, toss rind of a watermelon cut into slices, dried red pepper powder in a bowl.                                                         2) Toss with carrot, onion, green onion, crushed garlic, roasted sesame, sauced anchovy, sugar and salt.
